Rules (General)

Buying/Bidding
  • All purchases are final. Refunds will not be offered (sorry!). There is the chance I will re-buy characters from you, but at a reduced price.
  • Some characters will be sold to the first offer of the sale price (buy), and some will be offered during a bid/auction, where the person who has offered the highest bid will win the character for that price. It will be stated above next to the character as to which purchase format it is using.
  • All bids/offers will be in GBP, as it's unfair to bid in different currencies as exchange rates constantly change.
    • Estimated cost in USD is subject to inaccuracy due to exchange rates.
  • Characters will be listed in multiple places (usually Instagram/Tumblr alongside ToyHouse and private Discord servers).
    • I will endeavor to update all pages as bids go up (keep an eye on comment sections)
    • If you've DM'd me during a bid, I can update you if you've been outbid (I can also do this through comment sections, but it is less reliable)
  • I reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone.
  • Bidding time can be extended if there is a lot of interest, which may be closed bidding between highest bidders.
After Purchase
  • Provided upon purchase;
    • Full reference sheets for design (feral and anthro if applicable)
    • Rights to use the character (in line with the below terms)
  • The below are all permitted once you've purchased a character;
    • Renaming
    • Assigning/re-assigning gender
    • Assigning/re-assigning pronouns
    • Classifying/reclassifying species
  • All characters have a ToyHouse page (linked next to their names). In this regard;
    • Characters will be transferred to you on ToyHouse
    • Sample images on their pages will be removed for you to upload images that you see fit
    • If you do not have a ToyHouse profile, I will either update their pages to list you as the owner off-site, or I can remove their profiles from ToyHouse if you prefer
  • After sale;
    • You may re-sell or re-gift the characters you have purchased from me (please don't take the biscuit and sell for a hard profit :( that's so rude)

I would love to keep track of my adopts, but I value your privacy. I will only display what you permit me to on this page. The information I would like to include is;
  • Character's name
  • Character details (such as species, gender, pronouns, labels etc)
  • Owner
    • Link to owner's profile(s)
  • Art I have done of the character (if applicable)*
  • Short summary of their character
Please let me know if you would like to opt-out of any of the above!

Information that will be included (non-negotiable)
  • Creation date and batch number (if applicable)
  • Initial sale price
  • Original name (if not permitted to share it's new name etc)
I also appreciate that if the characters change hands more than once, it may be hard to keep track of this information. So it would be great if you could inform me via any social media (ToyHouse preferred) if you choose to sell on or regift the character :) as a thank you for letting me keep track of them, I offer a discount on purchases of commissions that include characters I originally created (if commissioned by the current owner) - see bottom of page.

*I reserve the right to post art that I've done of the character elsewhere in line with posting rules for that specific piece as I would with any other art work. If I have drawn the image before sale, I will likely share that artwork alongside my personal work. Commissions I do of the character will be subject to agreement at time of commission.
